How will we recognize our greeter?
If you’ll be arriving at the Honolulu Airport on Oahu, your greeter will be wearing a purple aloha shirt, standing just outside your arrival gate, holding a welcome sign personalized with your names on it. HNL International flights will have a greeter outside of the customs and agriculture area outside of the Singles Exit near curbside.
If you’ll be arriving at the Kahului Airport on Maui, Lihue Airport on Kauai, or the Kailua-Kona Airport on Hawaii Island, look for your greeter as you exit the terminal area, in front of the baggage claim entrance. He or she will be wearing purple and white aloha wear, holding a welcome sign personalized with your names on it.
What is included in your service?
After your greeter presents you with your leis, he or she will be happy to escort you to baggage claim and direct you to your ground transportation. Or, if you will be traveling on to another island, he or she will guide you to the Interisland Terminal to catch your connecting flight.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled flight arrival time. Last-minute reservations may be made within 48 hours for a late booking fee of $10 per greeting (not per person).
Can I order a lei greeting for my family or friends who will be visiting Hawaii?
Yes! However, you must inform the recipients (at least one person on the flight) to look for a sign with their names on it. This is vital. Otherwise, tired travelers will simply walk right by the sign and miss it! You may place your lei greeting order online, or give us a call. You will need the names of the recipients, their date of arrival, airline, flight number, and estimated arrival time.
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled greeting, you will receive a full refund.
After we receive our leis, how can we preserve them?
You can keep your leis fresh for days. Simply sprinkle them with water, place them in a plastic bag or container, and refrigerate them.
