Whale Watching – Waikiki

YouTube player

This adventure is usually offered between December and May when the magnificent humpback whales visit Hawaii.

Want to see some whales? Come find them with us. We can cover more ground in our whale-watching adventures because we can go farther and faster than anyone else to make sure you get a good look at these graceful giants.

From the east side to the west side, we can reach the entire southern coast of Oahu on this trip.

We’re so confident that we’ll find whales, that we guarantee it. If we don’t see whales on your tour, we’ll take you out again for free (within the season* and subject to availability).

*Whales are wild animals and they operate on their own schedules. They usually arrive in the islands in December and stay until April, but we won’t really know until we see them.

For reservation purposes, our whale-watching season tentatively starts December 15 and will be updated and adjusted as the whales make their first appearances of the season.

HOW MANY PEOPLE PER TRIP?

Most of our charters are for up to six guests plus our crew. We only do private charters, so it will just be you and your party. We can be a little strange sometimes, but there won’t be any strangers on the boat!

If you have a larger group, give us a call or text for pricing and reservations.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?

Absolutely. Soft drinks and water are included but feel free to bring additional food and drinks. We have a large cooler with ice on board that you can keep stuff cold in. Special arrangements and catering is available.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend dressing like you are going to the beach. There is a good chance you will get wet, even if you are not planning to swim. There is a little shade on the boat, but you will be out in the open most of the time. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat that won’t blow off are all very good ideas! If you are going on one of our dining adventures, you will need a shirt and shoes (sandals/flip flops are fine). Bring a waterproof camera if you have one.

DO YOU PROVIDE SNORKEL GEAR?

We provide clean, high-quality masks, snorkels, and fins, but you are welcome to bring your own. All of our masks and snorkels are cleaned and disinfected after each use. We use this gear ourselves, too, so you can trust it will be clean!

IS THERE A RESTROOM ON THE BOAT?

No. We recommend that you try to use the restroom at the marina before your adventure. Our dining trips stop at restaurants that do have restrooms.
