Customers will receive a full refund or credit on cancellations before 48 hours according to our Cancellation Policy. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rebooking must be done prior to 24 hours before the booking takes place and is only allowable 1 time. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Customers who arrive 45 minutes late will be considered a “no-show” and not eligible for a refund.
