Cancellations for up to five people must be done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Cancellations for six or more people must be done at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled activity. *ANY RESERVATIONS NOT CANCELLED WITHIN THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Soar up to 1,000 feet above Oahu’s south shore and enjoy incredible views of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean. Choose between 700, 850, 900, or 1,000 feet for your parasailing adventure. Fly tandem or triple, as we do not offer single rides for safety reasons. Enjoy a shared boat experience with up to 15 passengers. Observers are welcome to join the ride without parasailing.

- Check-in: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour at Slip F-1 in Kewalo Basin Harbor.
- Boat Ride: Enjoy a scenic boat ride before it’s your turn to parasail.
- Parasail: Fly up to 1,000 feet in the air, enjoying stunning views.
- Post-Tour: Return to the harbor after all guests have had their parasailing experience.

Check-in details
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be given.

Special requirements
- All passengers weighing over 275 lbs must purchase an additional seat.
Restrictions
Pregnant women cannot parasail or ride the boat.
- No single parasailing rides are offered for safety reasons.
- Weather conditions may impact the ability to fly triple or exceed 450 lbs for tandem rides.
